Where do I begin with this book? The Words by Ashley Jade has become one of my all-time favourite books. I went into it for the smut, but I came out of it a different person. I’m not saying the smut isn’t good, because it’s really, really good, but the story is beautiful. I fell in love with the characters. I fell in love with the story of messy love and the journey it sometimes takes. I fell in love with this book – the love, the anger, the joy, the grief, and the redemption. If you don’t read any other book I recommend, you need to read this one.
